A set of four Georgian Chippendale period mahogany dining chairs, the open ribbon woven splat backs with serpentine top rail pierced splat back pierced top and bottom with a quatrefoil motif, the upholstered drop in seat set into a frame with reeded edge, raised on square straight legs with caddy moulded outside edge, and splayed back legs all united by an H-stretcher. English, circa 1760/70
