SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are based upon the size of the product. 

We endeavour to package pieces in the best manner to mitigate damage during shipment. Our shippers have been selected for their excellent track record of handling such items.

For 'Collection Only' items, we are happy to provide quotations for carriage, export shipping and packing on confirmation of delivery address or alternatively you can arrange this. 

 

We cannot take responsibility for any goods damaged in transit so appropriate insurance must be included by the shipping company to cover any possible damage. 

 

We must ask for items purchased to be collected swiftly due to pressure on showroom space. After 7 days we will regretfully have to pass on storage charges that are calculated per item, per week.

 

We do not accept responsibility for Customs Duties and Fares.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 Returns are not accepted unless the goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis and store credit will be given.
