A fine walnut Aesthetic Movement armchair in very interesting original condition, the frame carved with stylised scrolling floral motifs, with open upholstered arms the turned front supports carved with leaves and an incised diamond and dot pattern, terminating in square tapering outswept legs, covered in the original gaufraged silk velvet upholstery. England, circa 1870 In distressed condition with possible need for reupholstery depending on desired look.
