William IV Gilt Bronze & Opaline Glass Table Lamp

A very fine William IV gilt table lamp, of good scale, in fire gilt-bronze and opaline glass, the triangular concave base with egg-and-dart and lambs tongue decoration, the column adorned with stylised foliage and scrollwork, each opaline panel hand painted with delicate floral posies tied with ribbons, converted to electricity without compromising it's integrity, English circa 1830
